An Oxygen+ client wants to conduct its IPO in an Asian country.

The client is already being advised by a law firm for all operations in France and in the country concerned to ensure the success of this IPO and to carry out the official procedures with the local authorities.

The client is looking for additional support, alongside them, to help them on a daily basis to monitor and manage this very time-consuming file, in particular by implementing the necessary policies to comply with the regulations of the country of introduction.

Alongside the Legal Director, the Oxygen+ employee dedicated to this mission brings all of their expertise in stock market law and knowledge of the financial markets. Along with the Legal Director, they are the preferred contact for the company's executives and all stakeholders involved in this structuring project for the company.

Duration of the mission: initially 3 months then renewed for a total of 9 months
