Cloud computing is a service that is increasingly developing within companies, whether they are offering this service to their customers or want to benefit from it.

An Oxygen+ client wants to implement a Cloud business and calls on our services to help them set up their project and mainly to draft the contracts that they will have to offer to their clients.

The client's business team leading the project is primarily based in the United States, and the client's legal team is based in France. This project is therefore managed remotely from start to finish.

The Oxygen+ employee brings his expertise to the client by strengthening the legal department leading the project on the legal aspects of this Cloud project in close collaboration with the team in the United States.

Duration of the mission: 9 months

Contracts for the customer's Cloud business are ready.
