Environmental law support

An Oxygen+ client is seeking environmental law support in its financial investment activities on projects submitted to it by its clients.

Indeed, the client must have a file-by-file insight into the viability of the projects submitted to him with regard to the constraints linked to environmental law.

The client needs external support for a specific period to enable it to reorganize internally and ultimately be able to take on this consultancy mission for operational staff itself.

Oxygen+ provides support through an environmental law associate who is experienced enough to understand both the environmental and economic issues of the project and provide the right advice.

Duration of the mission: 6 months on an average basis of 2 days per week

The client was able to continue providing legal advice on environmental law to its operational teams during the period of reorganization of its service.
